Have you selected favorites? Now is the time to use them and limit your Workouts to just your Favorites.
To designate Favorites, edit the circuit set or mark the circuit set as a favorite from the Circuit Set Detail Sheet. (The Circuit Set Detail Sheet can be displayed by press and holding the name of any Circuit Set.)
Complete all Circuit Sets before repeating
This feature allows you to force all the circuit sets to be completed before they are used again in a Workout.
