How to Use the All In Fitness Workout Generator
The All In Fitness Workout Generator app is designed to create full-body strength and conditioning workouts, balancing upper body exercises, lower body exercises, core, and cardiovascular exercises as part of a complete training program that is results driven! Each training session is customizable and can include a blend of movements and intensity levels (Light, Medium, Heavy, Advanced), which takes advantage of training the whole body over the course of time, challenging yourself to mold and shape the body and fitness level you are strive for. All In Fitness is the perfect and efficient training guide for you to help design your workouts and as a tool for you along your fitness and wellness journey. The following is a help summary of how to navigate through the app, set filters, set skill levels, generate your workouts, and to set you up for success!
Where to Start
To generate a workout, push Generate Workout at the top of the home screen. This will bring you to a prompt that asks how many exercises you want in your workout today, what kind of workout you’re looking for that day, and what level. Push Begin at the top right of the page, and your workout will be generated and displayed. Each workout starts with a warm up circuit which is your buy-in for the main circuit which is listed second. The two combined create a gradual progression into the workout for the day. Structure is built into the workout design which is intended to build foundational strength and to prevent injuries. The general format for each day is warm up for 7-15 minutes, do a short preparatory circuit for 5-15 minutes. Then spend 15-35 minutes on your main circuit for your focused training for that day. At the end we recommend a cool down and recovery that you can choose that day. Each generated workout is different but the exercises in the entire program remain constant and consistent. The best training programs in the world are just a cycling of the same exercises over and over until your body adapts, gets stronger, leaner, and more coordinated. This format builds endurance, strength, and flexibility all over time.
Daily Training Flow:
Warm-Up (7-15 Minutes)
The warmup is the priming of your body for the workout. It is your buy in. Begin with light movement to raise your core temperature and prepare your nervous system. Think walking, jogging, skipping, twisting, overhead reaches, light weights, arm circles, jumping rope, joint circles, light jogs, and core activations. Focus on warming up the spine and core first because that feeds into the rest of the body. As you get deeper into your workout, get more specific as you approach your main circuit for the day.
Prep Circuit (5-15 Minutes)
The is stage two of your workout which further helps to prepare your body for more intense exercise. This is a preparatory circuit which focuses on similar movements that will be in the main circuit. Use bodyweight and light resistance exercises to activate muscles and pump blood into joints and tissues. This primes your body for heavier or more complex movements later in the workout.
Main Circuit
These are your main strength and conditioning lifts for the day. They are last and require the most attention and focus. They are also last because the whole first part of the workout is preparing you for these movements.
Cool Down / Recovery
After intense training, it helps to gradually bring the heart rate down, to calm the nervous system, and use things like head, sauna, steam room, stretching, cold plunge, red light therapy to promote healing so you can recover quicker. The goal of the program is not to chase soreness from the training, but to chase consistency. Having a blend of training days and off rest and recovery days is how you build a great training program that is sustainable and results oriented.
