Edit Exercises – Details

Navigation Bar

• The Navigation Bar will tell you the name of the Exercise you are editing.
• The chevron to the left will take you back to the Dataset Listing.

Page Selector

• Under the Navigation Bar is your page selector.
• The available pages are:
  • Setup, Workout, Details and Notes
• Workout is for setting the parameters of your exercise.

Exercise Name

• This is the name of your Exercise.
• The name can only be edited on the Setup page.

Video

• If there is a video that goes with the exercise, the video camera will be filled in.
• if no video is available, the video camera will not be filled in.
• If a video is available, click on the video camera to see the video of the Exercise.
• The video will be displayed on a “sheet”. Swipe the sheet down when you are done watching the video.

Type

• Select the Type of Exercise it is from the list
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Movement

• Select the Movement the Exercise is from the list.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Body Region

• Select the Body Region this Exercise affects.
• Available Regions are – Whole Body, Upper Body, Core, Lower Body.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Body Area

• Select the Body Area this Exercise affects.
• Available Body Areas change depending on what Body Region was selected.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Muscle 1

• Select the primary Muscle that the this Exercise affects.
• Available Muscle will change depending on what Body Area was selected.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Muscle 2

• Select the secondary Muscle that the this Exercise affects.
• There are NO limits on what secondary Muscle you can pick.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Equipment 1

• Select they type of equipment this Exercise requires.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.

Equipment 2

• If the Exercise needs 2 pieces of equipment, select the second piece here.
• When filtering is available, you will be able to filter on this field.
